Polly is originally from Northwood, N.D., and was named Vice President in March 2006. She is a 1989 graduate of Jamestown College with degrees in business and accounting. Polly was previously a member of the JamestownCollege faculty since 1997, teaching courses in accounting and financial planning. She and her husband, Darin '90, have three children.

Karen was raised in Oakes, N.D., and joined the Institutional Advancement team in February 2010. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with degrees in English, theatre arts, and education; and earned an M.A. in arts administration from the University of Akron. Karen joined the Jamestown College staff after several years of working in the museum field in the Boston area.

Dustin, a native of Jamestown, joined the Institutional Advancement staff in August, 2011. He is a 2002 graduate of Jamestown College with degrees in business administration, economics and information technology. Prior to joining the staff at Jamestown College, Dustin served as the Director of Youth Programs and Assistant Executive Director/Senior Program Director for the Colorado Golf Association.

Marlene is originally from Jamestown. She has been employed at Jamestown College since 1990 and has lived in Jamestown her whole life. She has two grown sons, Darrick and Shannon. Marlene was named Jamestown College Staff Person of the Year at the 2006 Honors Convocation.
